Apparently kept by a user through the Force called Kalel, by fear so great it would betray him that this is a sovereign lightsaber of a yellow krystal FEAR star. That would conceivably make it the elderblade of yellow design, like the story telling you of Anakin's blue weapon
was the first blue lightsaber and so hope, was it built with a hilt for children to use, there with a safety switch it has a powercell and can be used without chanelling raw will or something, like FEAR, through it, though it would light with either.
